Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Filleted and flattened two small pork tenderloins next time I would pound them flatter put a sweet pineapple coconut mango tequila sauce on it then put a mixture of cream cheese green onions jalapeños and other seasonings on top rolled it out wrapped in bacon tied it with string to it on the Traeger for one hour at 200° then cranked it to 275 for an hour and then 20 minutes at 375 bringing it in to put under the broiler to crispy up the bacon. Taste was good to pork was a little over done
