Smoked Turkey Breast


Coated with Olive oil. Heavy spices including holy cow and holy gospel and weber barbecue rub. Cooked at 275 for two hours with smoke tube. Wrapped and Sealed in foil and put back on Traeger for about an hour more. Let it rest for an hour. Nice smoke flavor and very very juicy´┐╝. No changes needed.
