In foil pan breast up 185 for 3 hours with smoke tube. IT 112 after 3 hrs 225 for 2.5 hours... 325 until 160 (about one hour Rested for 45 minutes Results were good. Moist... Nice smoke ring.. Glad I took it off at 162. But it could have come off even sooner.
