Coat chuck roast in olive oil and apply seasoning. Place on smoker at 250 degrees until around 175 degree internal temp. Wrap in butcher paper with a little butter then place back on smoker until internal temp between 195-205 degrees. Remove, cut into 1 inch cubes, and toss in pan. Add bbq sauce and brown sugar, gently mix, then place back on smoker for at least 20 mins.
