On at 8pm internal temp 50. Smoker at 235 11pm: smoker at 275. Flat at 121, point 109. Spritzed Fought with smoker all night. Ran hot from 12-1, then cold. Meat at 160 at 7am. Wrapped in butcher paper spritzed and covered in yellow. Moved to oven at 250. Pulled at 1030, flat temp 203. Point 197. Tested in Cambridge until 530.
