Tasted really good. Ribs fell a part and bone came right out. Try cooking a little less to keep a little more texture. If not then the recipe turned out great!
1. Removed membrane 2. Applied rub to bone side. Let sit for 30 minutes. 3. Applied rub to meat side. Let sit for 30 minutes. 4. Cooked meat side up on 250 for 2.5 hours. 5. Took off grill. 6. Put brown sugar, rub, butter, and honey in aluminum foil. 7. Put meat down in aluminum foil. 8. Wrapped ribs in aluminum foil. 9. Places ribs meat down on 250 grill for two hours. 10. Remove from grill and let rest.
