Used yellow mustard with my run a la ribs. Will definitely try it again. Good mark. 15 pound pre-prep weight, 11 hours, mostly around 225 on pellet grill. I think I want to try pulling it off about an hour earlier to see if moisture improves. Taste is always excellent, but I have a sense I could make an improvement re: dry/moisture.
