PitBoss break in weekend


Got a new pellet grill for the folks’ at the lake place. Seasoned first with a grill full of bacon, followed by my go-to favorite: baby backs. 3-2-1: 3 hours at 215ish, 2 hours wrapped in foil with some apple juice in 250 oven, back to the smoker for last hour with a healthy slather if BBQ sauce.
