Removed membrane on Ribs and then added light layer of mustard and Worcestershire. Added rub. Smoked at 250 for 4 hours. Wrapped in a foil with a bit of the mop and cooked another 2. Rested 30 minutes. Mop Mixture - 1 cup of water, 1/5 cup of cider vinegar, 1 tb of rub, 1 tb of mustard. Applied every 45 minutes when adding more wood and fuel. Cooked in my trusty Weber Kettle.
